Business community to be built along Maryland Route 43
between White Marsh and the Baltimore County Waterfront
Towson, Md. (November 15, 2004) - Baltimore County Executive James T. Smith, Jr. joined master developer Somerset Construction Company of Bethesda, Md. today to announce the development team for Baltimore Crossroads @95, a 1,000-acre business community to be built along Maryland Route 43 in eastern Baltimore County, Maryland. MIE Properties of Baltimore will develop the R&D/flex/office sites and First Industrial Realty Trust of Hanover, Md. will develop the manufacturing/industrial properties for the 5.5 million square foot project.
